Position Overview:
As the HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping our Client SSC organisation's success. You’ll lead HR initiatives, foster employee engagement, and drive strategic talent management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals. Collaborate with senior leadership to drive organisational effectiveness.
- Talent Acquisition and Retention: Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes. Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Employee Relations: Provide guidance on employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and performance management.
- Learning and Development: Design and execute training programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Compensation and Benefits: Manage compensation structures, benefits administration, and compliance.
- HR Policies and Compliance: Ensure adherence to labour laws, company policies, and best practices.
- Employee Engagement: Foster a positive work culture through engagement surveys, recognition programs, and employee events.
- Change Management: Lead HR aspects of organisational change, mergers, and acquisitions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in a similar role, including 2 years min. in a managerial role.
- Knowledge of labour law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent English language skills min. B2+/C1
