For one of our clients, a rapidly growing international Shared Service Center based in Gdańsk, we are currently seeking Swedish speakers who are eager to start or further develop their careers in finance and accounting within a global environment.
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Allocating incoming payments and ensuring timely settlement of short-term obligations
- Maintaining regular contact with suppliers and preparing data for reporting purposes
- Managing customer master data and e-invoices in Navision
- Processing price updates, invoice corrections, and import files
- Handling customer queries and resolving payment discrepancies
- Posting cash transactions and performing account reconciliations
- Preparing account statements and managing payment reminders
- Communicating professionally with customers and suppliers via phone and email
COMPETENCES / SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
- Good command of English
- Fluency in Swedish
- Experience in finance and accounting, ideally in at least one of the following areas too: customer setup, cash application, or collections
- Good knowledge of MS Excel (e.g. VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Strong interest in developing within finance and accounting
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, international environment
