Opis stanowiska
Work from Home and visiting customers
- Building relationships with existing and new customers, answering queries and processing orders effectively.
- Identifying new leads and generating a pipeline strategy for Poland.
- Delivering excellent customer care and aftersales support to increase repeat purchase rates.
- Participate with our Cork colleagues in developing our digital presence. Reporting on developmental progress and other outcomes.
- Participating in trade shows in Poland.
- Provide remote and on-site product support.
- Initiate and lead technical SEO optimizations for the Polish company website. This will include writing content, capturing pictures and video and gathering testimonials.
- Delivering weekly performance reports.
- Provide frequent feedback regarding what our competitors are doing. Products and prices.
Wymagania
- Excellent written and spoken Polish (Essential)
- Good written and spoken English (Essential)
- Full and clean driving license (Essential)
- Ambitious to develop within growing company (Essential)
- An ability to build relationships with repeat customers (Essential)
- Very good digital marketing capabilities (Desirable)
- Very good knowledge of Ecommerce site functions (Desirable)
- A good knowledge of the construction industry (Desirable)
- Located around Warsaw/Lodz (Preferably)
- Enjoy travelling, including visits to Ireland for training (Preferably)
