Opis stanowiska We’re looking for a Customer Service Specialist with Italian who will join our client based in Poznań. The client offers a hybrid working model.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process customer orders in the SAP system and manage customer data and pricing information in SAP.
• Handle customer complaints and take ownership of resolving issues promptly.
• Process credit/debit notes related to bonuses, claims, and commissions.
• Coordinate product returns from customers or local warehouses, oversee customer consignment stocks.
• Enforce credit limits and follow collection procedures.
• Serve as a liaison between customers, sales, order fulfillment, production, and other company departments.

Required Qualifications

• Previous, relevant experience in customer service, knowledge of the manufacturing environment will be a plus.
• SAP knowledge.
• Self-motivated, client-centric approach.
• Fluency in Italian and English.
