- 3+ years in business development in EdTech or HR SaaS.
- Proven success in the Polish market.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate high-value deals with C-level executives.
- Fluency in both Polish (native level) and English (conversational and professional proficiency) is required.
- Proficiency in market analysis and sales forecasting.
- A deep understanding of B2B sales processes and the ability to navigate complex corporate environments.
