Job description:


  • The position will report directly to the Managing Partner and work closely with him to manage the network, new and current client relationships, and vendor relationships.

  • The individual should have strong organizational capabilities and be comfortable working in English as the Managing Partner is American, and the position interacts with executive in multiple countries in Central and Eastern Europe. 

  • Managing the client/contact database is a core function of this position.  This consists of basic skills such as inputting name and contact data, as well as updating the data.  Other basic database organization will be explained, but the contact database that is used does not require any special background training or skills.

  • There are some tasks that are more commercial in nature, but these entail scheduling calls and meetings for the Managing Partner and are mainly done through email communication.

  • This position will manage the onsite operations at the meetings.  This would mean overnight travel for these meetings, which would being with 3-4 meetings and increase to up to eight meetings based on development.  

  • At the meetings, the Operations and Commercial Manager would manage the relationship with the hotel, the setup of the room, and the registration process for the attendees (roughly 40-50).


Wymagania
The candidate for this position should possess the following qualifications:


  • Self-motivated

  • English language at a professional level

  • Microsoft Office Suite skills

  • Ability to effectively communicate and assist senior executives

  • Organizational skills

  • Commercial experience is a plus, although not mandatory
