Job description:
- supporting Finance Department in daily tasks
- verifying invoices
- posting AP invoices and bank statements
- preparation of relevant reports
- VAT register preparing
- direct cooperation with other departments in the area of finance issues
- taking care of AR
- ad hoc preparation of required data and analysis and tasks
Wymagania
Wymagania:
- experience from hotel industry in accounting depart. and/or Front office
- knowledge of local accounting and audit policies
- knowledge of Opera system
- knowledge of local accounting and audit policies would be an advantage
- willingness to learn and develop
- experience with SAP system
- very good knowledge of Polish & English (written and spoken)
