Your tasks will involve:
- Tending to customers via phone and e-mail according to highest standards;
- Achieving client satisfaction levels set by management;
- Commitment to solving and understanding customer problems in order to provide the best solutions.
Wymagania
This job is for you if:
- You are a native speaker of Czech (C2) and have a good command of either English or Polish (B2);
- You have excellent manners and high personal standards;
- You are no stranger to MS Office software;
- You are motivated and growth oriented.
