Opis stanowiska
- Training new and present employees;
- Implementation of customer service agent training programs;
- Working with unique, project-specific materials about both process and product;
- Monitoring performance and coaching agents to help them achieve their full potential.
Wymagania
What we expect from you:
- Language: Have an amazing command of English (C1 or Native);
- Experience: Previous experience in a Couch/Trainer role is a must;
- Skills: Strong grasp of soft skills and teaching techniques;
- Personality: Motivated, enthusiastic, and eager to contribute.

Work Conditions:
- Type of Employment: Employment contract;
- Work in Our Modern Office: Located in Warsaw's Mokotów;
- Work Hours: Full-time, 5 days a week from Monday to Friday;
- Shift Hours: 8-hour shifts from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM;
