Regional Service Manager

Opis stanowiska
As the Regional Service Manager, your responsibilities will include:


  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of field service technicians, fostering a high-performing and motivated team environment.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining high standards of service quality and timely issue resolution.

  • Drive operational excellence by monitoring KPIs, streamlining processes, and managing resources effectively.

  • Collaborate with the broader service management team to implement and improve service strategies.

  • Conduct regular visits to customers to maintain strong relationships and ensure service expectations are met.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining the highest safety and quality standards.

  • Take part in various projects where your competence will contribute to the Business Unit’s results


Wymagania
Your profile:


  • Proven experience in service management or a similar role, ideally with field service teams.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.

  • Exceptional customer focus and communication skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.

  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills, with a results-oriented mindset.

  • Technical proficiency and understanding of service-related processes.

  • A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across the region.

  • Ability to visit the Warsaw office once per week.

  • Fluent in English and Polish.
