Junior Internal Control Finance Specialist
Your main area of responsibility in this position will include:
- Perform internal control of accounting processes.
- Participate in the design of new controls for migrated accounting processes.
- Participating in the development of internal controls for other units of the Metro Group.
- Testing procedures prepared by operational teams.
- Actively participating in the identification of risk points in processes and looking for improvements.
- Preparing documentation for audits.
- Working on team, company-wide and group-wide projects.
Wymagania
We are inviting to this recruitment everyone who has:
- A diploma in a relevant field (economics, accounting, etc.).
- A development orientation in one of the organization’s key areas.
- Practical knowledge of MS Office.
- Ability to think analytically.
- Initiative and commitment as well as good communication skills.
- A problem-solving and collaborative approach.
- Good work organisation, self-reliance.
- Very good knowledge of English.
- Practical experience in accounting or internal control (not required).
