Junior Internal Control Finance Specialist

Opis stanowiska

Your main area of responsibility in this position will include:



  • Perform internal control of accounting processes.

  • Participate in the design of new controls for migrated accounting processes.

  • Participating in the development of internal controls for other units of the Metro Group.

  • Testing procedures prepared by operational teams.

  • Actively participating in the identification of risk points in processes and looking for improvements.

  • Preparing documentation for audits.

  • Working on team, company-wide and group-wide projects.



Wymagania
We are inviting to this recruitment everyone who has:


  • A diploma in a relevant field (economics, accounting, etc.).

  • A development orientation in one of the organization’s key areas.

  • Practical knowledge of MS Office.

  • Ability to think analytically.

  • Initiative and commitment as well as good communication skills.

  • A problem-solving and collaborative approach.

  • Good work organisation, self-reliance.

  • Very good knowledge of English.

  • Practical experience in accounting or internal control (not required).
