Customer Service Specialist with Dutch and English

Opis stanowiska

Location: Remote from Poland


 


Your daily tasks:

  • Providing the highest level of customer service (Chat/E-mail/Phone);   

  • Answering incoming calls and meeting targets set by the customer and management;  

  • Following company policies and procedures, ensuring quality;   

  • Performing daily tasks in an efficient and timely manner;   

  • Achieving quality goals for calls and customer satisfaction.


Wymagania What do we expect from you?

  • Language: Proficiency in Dutch (B2) and  English (B2);  

  • Experience: Cool if you have experience in sales;   

  • Technology: Knowledge of MS Office and developed computer skills;   

  • Personality: Motivated and enthusiastic.
