Sales Solutions Analyst

As a Sales Solutions Analyst you will join an international transportation company.

What you will be doing:

• Analyzing customer needs to determine suitable solutions / modalities of training that support the sales education strategies across all segments
• Analyzing how new assessment methods, like formative assessments, project-based learning and competency-based assessments shape the future of education 
• Supporting the educational development through measurement of business impact, performance impact, tracking and reporting to validate value through education 
• Develop educational solutions, models and processes that improve decision-making and organisational effectiveness. 
• Preparing presentations for delivery to customers and stakeholders
• Monitoring and tracking the completion of educational projects, coordinating with the project team and other stakeholders as required

What you'll need to succeed 

• Fluency in English
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to interpret volumes of complex data, and draw logical conclusions 
• Results oriented and commercially aware
• Good planning and organizational skills
• Good conceptual thinking ability
• Excellent knowledge of Excel
• Experience with tools such SQL, Power BI, Alteryx is a plus
