Requirements:
- Process management experience
- Working experience in accounting (AP / PTP)
- Hands-on process improvement and system transition experience
- Microsoft Excel (pivots, lookups)
- SAP knowledge and experience (4Hana, MM, FI)
- English - B2
- German - B2
- Polish - B2
Nice to have: - Degree in Economics / Finance & Accounting or comparable education
Responsibilities: - Set individual and team goals, and conduct performance evaluations
- Development of required process documentation for the transferred processes and establishment of stable knowledge management
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and discrepancies
- Professional and disciplinary management of approx. 15 employees
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues with vendors to maintain positive relationships
- Development of required process documentation for the transferred processes and establishment of stable knowledge management
- Implementation, documentation and continuous development of the internal control system (ICS)
