Senior Super User (WMS)

Do you have experience in IT? Well, you may be the IT Professional (Senior Super User) we are looking for.

• Support during implementation of the WMS system in the warehouse;


• Providing IT support for end users of the WMS system (advise, problem-solving);


• Provide assistance to users of the operation system and installed software;


• Supporting business projects and implementing changes as required;


• IT support in the implementation of global initiatives;


• Cooperation with other departments to adapt IT solutions to the standards of the organization;


• Manage relationship with an international IT team. -  managing / correcting WMS issues,
  
  
  
  • investigating WMS issues
  
  
  • resolving EDI communications enquiries,
  
  
  • identification of WMS systems improvement
  
  
  • preparation of CRs
  
  
  • executing UATs
  
  
  • communicating with AY in terms of IT issues and improvement
