Azure Support Engineer

About the Role: We are looking for a skilled Azure Support Engineer to join a dynamic and rapidly growing company focused on producing and delivering innovative solutions in Inowrocław. This position involves providing IT support and working closely with a central IT group to ensure efficient service and robust security.

Key Responsibilities:

Azure Cloud Infrastructure:
Create new solutions for businesses within the Azure environment.
Lead and assist in the implementation of solutions proposed by the central IT team.
Migrate remaining on-premise and other networks to the Azure environment.
Document and maintain solutions for use by other business units.

IT Support & Service Desk:
Develop and implement solutions to enhance IT support.
Resolve support tickets and issues.
Guide and motivate team members to adopt developed solutions.
Contribute to the expansion of the current IT setup and support framework.
Maintain IT governance in accordance with established guidelines.

Infrastructure Security & Data Integrity:
Maintain high security standards.Assist in developing security strategies.
Establish routines and tools for regular IT security reviews.
Advocate for IT strategy, high security standards, and GDPR compliance within the organization.
Knowledge/Experience:Proven experience in implementing MS Azure cloud infrastructure and applications.
Experience in providing user support.Experience working in a diverse, international environment.
Strong task management skills.Fluency in English (both spoken and written)
