- Provide assistance via phone and email,
- Deliver technical support, including internet speed tests, troubleshooting, and router installations,
- Address contract and billing inquiries thoroughly and efficiently,
- Handle and process customer complaints with empathy and professionalism,
- Promote and sell additional products, such as mobile contracts, after resolving service issues.
Wymagania
Wymagania
- Service-oriented thinking with focus on customer experience
- Fluency in German (min. C1 level)
- Outstanding communication skills
- Administrative and technical knowledge
- Very good English or Polish verbal and written skill (min. B2 level)
