Opis stanowiska For one of our clients in the FMCG sector, we are looking for an experienced individual for the position of Quality Assurance Manager a very good command of English is essential, as well as experience in a similar position in the food industry.

Your responsibilities :

• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulation
• Creating and implementing quality standards and procedures 
• Ensuring timely release of raw materials, packaging for production, and finished products for sale
• Analyzing quality defects and implementing corrective action plans 
• Overseeing the validation process of testing methods and equipment 
• Managing the team; overseeing the budget related to quality testing

Our expectations : 

• Higher education: food technology or related fields
• Experience in a similar position in the food sector - minimum 3 years
• Experience in team management
• Ability to think analytically, make quick decisions, and be result-oriented
• Willingness to work in the factory from Monday to Friday
