About the role:
Seeking an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud expert to join the team and provide Application Management Services (AMS) support. The individual will be responsible for providing Salesforce support to a leading industrial manufacturing client located in Switzerland. The candidate must have an understanding of Salesforce configurations, experience in incident resolution and the ability to manage updates and optimizations within AMS. The individual will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation and continuous improvement of the Salesforce platform, working with business users and technical teams

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for Salesforce issues within the customer organization, ensuring timely incident resolution
- Work across global Salesforce Marketing projects
- Manage and optimize Salesforce configurations in line with business requirements and evolving needs
- Manage incidents, troubleshoot issues and root cause analysis to minimize business disruption
- Collaborate with technical teams to implement updates, patches and enhancements to the Salesforce platform
- Maintain detailed documentation of Salesforce configurations, processes and problem resolutions
- Ensure compliance with agreed service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Identify areas of system enhancements and lead their implementation
- Act as the main point of contact for Salesforce-related customer inquiries, providing guidance and recommendations

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce support and development, preferably in an AMS environment
- Experience in Salesforce configuration and customization
- Experience in incident management, with the ability to prioritize and resolve complex technical issues
- Understanding of Salesforce features, capabilities, and limitations
- Experience working with business users and technical teams to translate business needs into Salesforce solutions
- Communication skills, both written and verbal, in English (knowledge of Polish or German will be a plus)
- Salesforce certifications (e.g.. Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Advanced Administrator or Salesforce Developer).
