Customer Technical Support Specialist with German
- Customer Support: Handling calls and emails, assisting in resolving technical issues.

Wymagania
- Fluency in German C1 level – You will be the main point of contact for our German-speaking customers.
- Openness and strong communication skills – Your approach to customers will help them feel comfortable and understood.
- Willingness to acquire new knowledge and skills – We emphasize growth and a desire to learn.

- Technical knowledge – This will help in solving daily challenges, but it's not required at the start – we will teach you everything!
Oferujemy
- Full-time employment contract – We want to establish a long-term partnership.
- Base salary of 7500 PLN gross + bonus – We appreciate your time and dedication.
- 8:00 - 18:00 Monday-Friday.
