Customer Service Professional with Croatian / Slovenian

Your daily tasks:  



  • Providing the highest level of customer service (Chat/E-mail/Phone);

  • Helping patients who are using medical equipment;  

  • Answering incoming calls and meeting targets set by the customer and management;  

  • Following company policies and procedures, ensuring quality.





Wymagania
What do we expect from you?  

  • Language: Proficiency in Croatian/Slovenian (C2/native) and English (B2);

  • Experience: Cool if you have experience in medical project/interest in diabetes related topics;

  • Technology: Knowledge of MS Office and developed computer skills;   

  • Personality: Motivated and enthusiastic
