Opis stanowiska Due to development of our client, an international company in the automotive/new technologies industry with an established market position, we are looking for candidate for the position of Production Technologist Test.

In this critical role, you'll play a key part in developing and implementing efficient production processes for testing infotainment systems and telematic control units used in automobiles. You'll bridge the gap between product development and production, ensuring manufacturability (DfE) and overseeing the entire process from concept to implementation.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and implement production processes for pre-series and series production testing (programming and functional) of infotainment systems and telematic control units.
• Determine, document, and evaluate production process requirements for testing these units.
• Design production process concepts with DfE principles in mind, specifying the necessary equipment and tooling.
• Realize these concepts by implementing the production processes at the manufacturing sites.
• Support production sites in troubleshooting and optimizing existing testing processes.
• Coordinate closely with various teams (internal and external) to manage work packages within production process development projects.

You'll Be Responsible For:

• Guaranteeing manufacturable product designs (DfE) by collaborating with both product development and production teams.
• Ensuring the availability of reliable production processes, equipment, and tools for testing, meeting quality, time, and cost targets.

We're Looking for Someone With:

• An engineering degree in electrical engineering, information and communications technology, computer engineering, mechatronics, or a comparable field.
• Knowledge of hardware development and measurement technology.
• Proficiency in using operating systems (Windows, Linux).
• Programming skills in C, C++, and scripting languages.
• Experience with automotive communication protocols (e.g., CAN, MOST), interfaces (e.g., Ethernet, USB, Bluetooth, WLAN), and technologies related to tuners, radio reception, and antenna technology (e.g., AM, FM, DAB, SDARS, UWB).
• Knowledge of MS Office, ERP systems, and database systems.
• Prior experience developing and implementing production strategies and concepts for functional testing and programming of electrical devices, ideally in the automotive industry.
