We support customers of one of the largest manufacturers of home appliances/ RTV equipment/ IT equipment, and we have so much equipment in the office that you will almost feel at home.

• Provide technical support to equipment users via incoming calls.


• Diagnose and resolve technical problems.


• Providing information on products and their functionality.


• Entering requests into the system.

• Very good command of Dutch,


• Good command of English,


• Basic knowledge of household appliances (i.e. refrigerator, washing machine, TV). 


• Communicativeness, willingness to learn.


• Ability to type quickly on a computer keyboard.


• Availability for a minimum of 120 hrs per month.
  

• Screening - initial phone or e-mail contact.


• Language test.


• Online interview via Teams.


• Information for you on our decision.

• Civil contract with a rate of PLN 56,00 gross/hour.


• Bonus system:after reaching the appropriate tenure and KPIs, +2 PLN gross per hour, then +4 PLN gross.


• The possibility of arranging a convenient collaboration schedule; the project works on Monday-Friday, 8:30 - 18:00.


• ​The possibility of switching to hybrid work after 2 months - after training and the first month of independent work with good performance and obtaining the manager's permission. How do we understand hybrid work? 3 weeks from home, 1 week from the office.
