HR Specialist with German or Dutch

Opis stanowiska
For our Client, an international organisation from the manufacturing and technology sector, we are seeking candidates for a role within HR Services. The company offers a modern work environment and well-developed HR processes within international structures.
The person in this role will be responsible for comprehensive support of HR processes and assisting employees and managers with day-to-day HR matters. The position combines administrative responsibilities with building a high-quality employee experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative support of HR processes across the employee life cycle (from hiring to termination)
  • Preparation and processing of HR documentation (contracts, annexes, employment changes)
  • Entering and updating employee data in HR systems (e.g., SAP / SuccessFactors)
  • Monitoring HR data quality and cooperating with payroll during salary processing
  • Preparing payroll input, validating working time, overtime, and absences
  • Handling employee and manager inquiries (1st and 2nd level support) in English and German or Dutch
  • Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Coordinating employee changes (promotions, transfers, working time changes, leave, etc.)
  • Supporting annual HR processes (performance reviews, salary increases, bonuses)
  • Preparing HR reports and analyzing data (absences, overtime, leave)
  • Cooperating with HR Business Partners, payroll, and external institutions
  • Participating in HR projects and process improvement initiatives

Requirements: 

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR administration or payroll
  • Knowledge of HR processes and the employee life cycle
  • Very good command of English (B2/C1) and German or Dutch (min. B2)
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Experience with HR systems (SAP, SuccessFactors) is an advantage
  • Accuracy, reliability, and strong organizational skills
  • Teamwork skills and a customer-oriented mindset
