Senior DevOps Engineer (Kong Gateway / API Platform)
A Senior DevOps Engineer is sought for a project focused on building a modern API Management platform within the banking sector. The initiative aims to enable fast and scalable integrations both internally and with external partners.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain the infrastructure for the Kong Gateway environment
- Automate infrastructure provisioning (including EKS) using Terraform
- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for APIs and configuration updates
- Implement and improve monitoring and logging solutions
- Manage containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes
- Support the development of an API Portal (infrastructure, deployment, CI/CD)
- Handle migrations and continuously optimize the existing environment
Required Skills and Experience
- Strong experience with:
- Docker
- Kubernetes
- Terraform
- AWS
- Ansible
- Hands-on experience with monitoring and logging tools:
- Grafana
- Prometheus / Victoria Metrics / similar
- Splunk
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with Kong Gateway or other API Gateway solutions
Location:
- Preferred: Gdynia, Gdańsk
- Also considered: Warsaw, Łódź
