Head of Web Growth

Opis stanowiska
What you will do:


  • Own web revenue performance across the entire product portfolio and set the direction for how the team moves these numbers

  • Audit current web growth processes and build the strategy from there

  • Lead the shift to web-to-web as the primary growth format — scaling what works and fixing what doesn't

  • Take ownership of payment infrastructure and build out AIBY's own payment orchestration layer

  • Build shared growth infrastructure across all business units — funnel builders, experimentation frameworks, and more — so every product team benefits and nobody rebuilds the same thing twice

  • Own cross-unit alignment and knowledge flow: best practices, workflow standards, shared learnings — you're the person who makes sure one team's breakthrough becomes everyone's baseline

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team — raise the hard skills bar, drive accountability, and create the kind of environment where ambitious targets feel energizing rather than exhausting

  • Work closely with heads of product, marketing, analytics, and engineering to move initiatives from strategy to execution


Wymagania
What you should have:


  • 5+ years of experience in growth or product marketing within subscription-based environments, with a strong focus on web and web-to-web

  • 3+ years of leadership experience managing growth teams and driving cross-functional collaboration across product, marketing, analytics, and engineering

  • Proven track record of taking subscription products through different stages: you've launched from scratch, scaled what was already working, and diagnosed why something that should be growing isn't

  • Deep understanding of unit economics and web growth metrics: CAC, LTV, ROAS, retention, churn, funnel conversion — and how they connect to each other

  • Understanding of how LTV prediction models are built and what drives them

  • Experience with payment infrastructure: you know how subscription billing works end-to-end

  • Hypothesis-driven approach to growth: you build experiments, read results honestly, and iterate fast

  • Sharp analytical thinking — you work comfortably with numbers, notice what others miss, and can translate data into decisions

  • Solid people management instincts - you know how to develop talent

  • Strong written and spoken English

  • Knowledge of Russian/ Ukrainian/ Belarusian – fluent enough for confident daily communication (both speaking and writing skills)
