We're looking for Junior Data Analysts!
Temporary contract of employment – till December 2027
Location: Cracow
Hybrid work model after stationary training (2/3 days from the office)
Compensation for this role is min. 7500 zł gross
You will be responsible for:
- Analyzing data within the customer migration area to support the company's efforts on completing a cross-functional project in a timely manner.
- Data processing and data entry tasks within ServiceNow.
- Strong communication skills are required - the role involves project coordination and presenting data during meetings.
- Supporting processing migration requests through a dedicated system.
- Applying extensive Excel skills to do reports.
- Identifying areas of improvement within the tool given recommendation and adjust accordingly.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Fluency in English (spoken and written, min. C1)
- Min. 1 year of experience in data analysis
- University Education (or equivalent through experience)
- Exceptional numerical and strategic analytical skills, coupled with strong process-oriented thinking
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills (ability to use Excel functions like : Vlookup, Hlookup, Pivot tables, Pivot slicers, Match, Index, Discount)
- Good communication and presentation skills: ability to clearly communicate complex data findings and insights from the migration tool to define the final offer accordingly
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
