Responsibilities
- Drive quality objectives and initiate improvement activities aimed at enhancing manufacturing processes.
- Oversee the customer complaints management process, ensuring effective implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
- Manage quality-related risks throughout the entire product lifecycle.
- Monitor and analyze quality performance indicators, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and promote a culture of operational excellence.
- Coordinate and support the Quality team, focusing on employee development, engagement, and capability building.
- Collaborate closely with customers as well as Production, Engineering, Procurement, and Logistics teams to ensure product and process quality.
- Ensure quality tools and management systems are maintained in compliance with customer requirements and applicable standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
- Several years of leadership experience within a Quality function in a manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on experience with quality methodologies and tools, including FMEA, SPC, MSA, APQP, PPAP, and Control Plans.
- Strong knowledge of problem-solving methodologies such as 8D, 5Why, PDCA, and DMAIC.
- Proven track record in leading improvement projects and managing organizational change.
- Good understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in team management, coaching, and employee development.
- Fluent Polish and good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in the electronics manufacturing industry will be considered an advantage.
