Communications & Marketing Specialist (K/M)

As Communications & Marketing Specialist for Eastern Europe countries, you will drive the local marketing and communications strategy for our Ground & Rail business line. You will work at the intersection of commercial development and brand positioning, supporting business growth by building CEVA’s visibility and reputation with clients, prospects, media, and internal stakeholders across the region.

• Develop and execute the Eastern Europe marketing and communications strategy aligned with business goals and global brand standards.


• Create engaging content including case studies, brochures, white papers, presentations, and digital assets.


• Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social media, events, and PR.


• Act as the key marketing partner for stakeholders across the region, supporting communications, branding, media relations, and events.


• Manage regional LinkedIn activities and collaborate with global teams on website localization, SEO, and digital marketing initiatives.


• Enable sales teams with pitch decks, proposal materials, customer presentations, and industry-specific collateral.


• Manage marketing budgets and external agencies to ensure effective delivery and ROI.

• 3–5+ years of experience in B2B Marketing, Communications, or a related field.


• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or similar.


• Experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or industrial services is a strong advantage.


• Proven success in delivering marketing campaigns across multiple countries or markets.


• Native-level Polish and fluent English; additional Eastern European languages or German are a plus.


• Data-driven, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


• Strong stakeholder management, cross-cultural communication, and collaboration skills.
