Global SAP PM & Planning & Scheduling SME

Opis stanowiska
For one of our international clients, a global leader in the building materials industry, we are currently looking for a Global SAP PM & Planning & Scheduling SME to join a newly established hub in Wrocław.

This role is part of a global Maintenance Excellence organization and offers the opportunity to support the standardization and continuous improvement of maintenance processes across international manufacturing sites. The successful candidate will act as a subject matter expert for SAP PM and maintenance work management while supporting digital maintenance transformation initiatives across the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Drive global standardization and optimization of SAP PM processes, maintenance planning, and scheduling practices.
  • Lead Maintenance Excellence initiatives focused on work management, preventive maintenance, and asset reliability.
  • Act as an SME for SAP PM and Prometheus MPS.ai, supporting global deployments, governance, and user adoption.
  • Establish maintenance data standards, KPI frameworks, and governance processes to improve data quality and operational performance.
  • Partner with Reliability, IT, Digital, and Operations teams to support maintenance transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support the implementation of digital maintenance solutions and integration of asset management technologies.
  • Deliver training, coaching, and workshops for maintenance and reliability teams across global operations.
  • Monitor process compliance, identify improvement opportunities, and drive best-practice adoption across manufacturing sites.

Requirements
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Maintenance Engineering, Reliability Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance planning, scheduling, reliability engineering, or maintenance management.
  • Strong hands-on experience with SAP PM as a key user, maintenance planner, reliability engineer, or process expert.
  • Solid understanding of maintenance work management, planning and scheduling, preventive and corrective maintenance, and work order management.
  • Experience with maintenance KPIs such as schedule compliance, backlog management, maintenance costs, MTBF, and productivity metrics.
  • Knowledge of maintenance master data, including equipment, functional locations, maintenance plans, task lists, BOMs, and failure codes.
  • Experience gained within heavy industry, manufacturing, mining, cement, aggregates, power generation, or a similar industrial environment.
  • Fluent English.
  • Willingness to travel internationally (approximately 25% of working time).

Nice to Have
  • Experience with Prometheus GWOS / MPS.ai or other advanced planning and scheduling solutions.
  • Experience supporting multi-site maintenance transformation or digital rollout projects.
  • Knowledge of Asset Performance Management solutions and predictive maintenance technologies.
  • Familiarity with reliability methodologies such as RCM, FMEA, RCFA, and criticality assessments.
  • Professional certifications such as CMRP, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent.
  • Experience developing governance frameworks, process standards, and training programs.
