Your Role
We are looking for an experienced Accountant to join our accounting team in Wrocław. In this role, you will take ownership of key accounts payable and reconciliation activities, working closely with international colleagues, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth and accurate financial operations.

What You'll Be Doing
- Processing and reconciling bank transactions, ensuring financial records are accurate and up to date
- Reviewing, verifying, and posting invoices from international suppliers and service providers
- Reconciling supplier accounts and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner
- Maintaining accurate and organized accounts payable records
- Communicating with international vendors to address payment-related queries
- Supporting monthly financial closing activities
- Assisting with general administrative tasks as needed
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 4 years of relevant accounting experience
- Hands-on experience with invoice processing and bank reconciliations
- Good working knowledge of accounting systems and Excel
- Strong attention to detail and a structured, organized approach to work
- Professional working proficiency in both English and Polish
- A proactive, reliable team player who takes ownership of responsibilities
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
