For our client, an international consulting and digital transformation partner delivering SAP-based solutions for enterprise organisations, we are currently looking for an expert for the role of SAP C4C Functional Consultant (Sales Cloud / Service Cloud).
Cooperation mode: 100% remote (EU only)
Compensation: 150-195 PLN/h net (+ VAT)
Start Date: ASAP

Project Overview
You will join an ongoing SAP CX support and enhancement initiative delivered for a client from the energy sector. The project has been running successfully for several months following the implementation of SAP Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions.
Due to an increased volume of incidents and change requests, the project team is expanding and looking for an experienced SAP C4C Functional Consultant who will support daily service delivery and continuous improvement activities. You will collaborate with experienced SAP CX specialists who are already familiar with the client's business processes and solution landscape, ensuring a smooth project onboarding.
Scope of Services:
- Handling support tickets related to SAP Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Analysing and resolving incidents within the SAP CX environment
- Managing and implementing change requests (CRs)
- Participating in project calls focused on ticket clarification and requirements analysis
- Cooperating with the existing delivery and support teams
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of SAP CX solutions
- Supporting efficient communication between business and technical stakeholders
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a SAP C4C / SAP CX Functional Consultant
- Strong expertise in SAP Sales Cloud and/or SAP Service Cloud
- Experience within AMS / Application Support and maintenance environments
- At least 2 years of experience in support, enhancement, or maintenance projects
- Ability to independently analyse and resolve assigned tickets
- German language skills at B1 level or higher, english language skills at B2 level or higher
- Residence within the European Union and authorisation to provide services from the country of residence
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in SAP-related projects
Nice to Have:
- Experience with both Sales Cloud V2 and Service Cloud V2
- Background in international project environments
- Experience in energy or utilities sector initiatives
- Exposure to SAP CX transformation and optimisation projects
