SAP Master Data Process Owner

For our client, an international manufacturing company located in Niepołomice, we are looking for an experienced SAP Master Data Process Owner who will be responsible for driving and governing global SAP Master Data processes across multiple production sites. This role combines process ownership, SAP expertise, and stakeholder management, supporting ongoing transformation initiatives and the transition towards the future SAP landscape.

Your new company 

• Act as the global process owner for SAP Master Data processes, ensuring standardized and efficient cross-plant operations across the organization.
• Drive the optimization, harmonization, and governance of master data processes within the SAP landscape.
• Lead the migration of master data processes into the future target operating model and SAP template environment.
• Evaluate, define, and approve required process improvements and changes in collaboration with business and IT stakeholders.
• Own and maintain process documentation, standards, and governance related to SAP Master Data.
• Collaborate closely with central business functions, IT teams, and key users to ensure process alignment and adoption.
• Provide subject matter expertise for SAP Master Data within global transformation, rollout, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support the deployment of new SAP functionalities, process enhancements, and template rollouts across multiple locations.

Your new role 

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP-related process ownership, business process management, or large-scale transformation projects.
• Strong expertise in SAP Master Data processes, ideally within SAP MM and related modules.
• Solid understanding of master data governance, process design, and process optimization methodologies.
• Experience working within international and complex SAP environments.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to work across business and IT functions.
• Proactive approach, problem-solving mindset, and ability to drive process improvements independently.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher; German would be considered an asset.
• Willingness to travel occasionally during project and rollout phases.

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
• Knowledge of SAP Master Data Governance (MDG).
• Experience in template design, global process harmonization, and rollout projects.
