Sales Manager Eastern Europe

Our client, a global leader in process automation solutions, is seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to oversee the Eastern European market, including Poland.

Working in this position, you will be responsible for maintaining daily contact with existing customers across Eastern Europe (Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Serbia, Croatia, Slovenia and Ukraine), as well as identifying and acquiring new clients in the region.

Our client is looking for candidates with a minimum of five years of successful professional experience in the electronics industry and a technical degree, for example in electrical or mechanical engineering. This role involves very frequent business travel. We are looking for candidates with excellent time-management and communication skills, a ‘can-do’ attitude, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. 

Proficiency in English is essential, knowledge of German or other Eastern European languages is advantageous. Strong knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems, as well as advanced Excel skills, will also be important.
