For our Client we are currently looking for Candidates for the position of:
Project Lead Order-to-Cash (O2C)
Location: remote
Contract type: B2B (with Hays Poland)
Project duration: first contract for 6 months, with possibility of prolongation
Rate: open
Start date: ASAP/October
Model: 100% remote
Project description:
Lead continuous improvement initiatives within Shared Services and Finance, with a focus on the Order-to-Cash process and Cash Applications. Drive process standardization, operational excellence, automation opportunities, governance and sustainable business outcomes.
What will you do:
- Provide leadership and guidance for Cash Applications activities to ensure efficient and effective processing
- Partner with business units to develop and manage the strategic direction, governance and operating model of the area
- Manage and monitor Cash Applications improvement initiatives, applying best practices and ensuring sustainable results
- Lead and manage the Cash Applications team against agreed KPIs and service levels
- Ensure Cash Applications issues are updated, escalated and resolved appropriately
- Coach and motivate team members to support high performance
- Identify automation opportunities and use data to support decision-making
- KPI expected: Collection rate; Unallocated receipts and Cash in Account; Customer satisfaction; Cycle time to process
What we expect from you:
- Min. 10 years of professional experience, including min. 2 years of team management experience in Shared Services and experience in deploying and managing quality improvement processes
- Order-to-Cash and Cash Applications subject matter expertise
- SAP background and advanced use of ERP systems
- Project and program management; accreditation is desirable
- Continuous Improvement and process optimization
- Process standardization and governance
- Operational excellence and automation opportunity identification
- Data-driven decision-making
- Automation and data-analysis tools – exact stack to be completed
- Strategic leadership and stakeholder management
- Knowledge of English on min. B2/C1 level
