Manufacturing System Analyst (MES)

Your new company 

For our international client based in Silesia, we are currently looking for a MES System Business Analyst. The role follows a hybrid working model (1 day per week in the office, 4 days remote).

Your new role 

• Gather and analyze business requirements for MES and Digital Factory solutions.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams.
• Map and optimize manufacturing processes.
• Prepare functional specifications and implementation documentation.
• Support system implementation, testing, training, and rollout activities.
• Coordinate UAT and provide ongoing application support.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and maintain process documentation.

What you'll need to succeed 

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience with requirements gathering, process analysis, documentation, system implementations, UAT, and application support.
• Experience working with MES, ERP, SAP, or other enterprise systems.
• Strong business process mapping and optimization skills.
• Experience facilitating workshops and working with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of MES solutions in the automotive industry, Digital Factory solutions, or SAP would be an advantage.
