About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Project Delivery Lead to join a high-profile transformation programme supporting the onboarding of a major client.
In this role, you will lead the delivery of complex initiatives within the Eagle Accounting environment, coordinating activities across Product, Engineering, Testing, Data, and Business teams. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, risks are managed proactively, and stakeholders have full visibility of progress and key milestones.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of a large-scale Eagle Accounting programme.
- Coordinate activities across Product, Engineering, Testing, Data, and Implementation teams.
- Manage project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, and milestones.
- Gather, organise, and prioritise business and technical requirements from multiple stakeholders.
- Ensure clear communication and reporting of project status, risks, blockers, and key decisions.
- Drive governance activities, including status reporting, risk management, and steering committee updates.
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to align priorities and delivery schedules.
- Monitor project progress and proactively address issues impacting timelines or quality.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and project reviews.
- Support testing, implementation, and operational readiness activities.
Required Experience
- Proven experience leading complex projects or programmes within Financial Services, Asset Servicing, or Investment Operations.
- Strong project delivery and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with accounting platforms, ideally Eagle Accounting.
- Experience managing multiple work streams and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in fast-paced and evolving environments.
- Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of:
- German GAAP
- German IFRS
- UK Fund Accounting
- Luxembourg Fund Accounting
- Experience supporting Product Engineering life cycles.
- Understanding of European accounting, reporting, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
