SAP Treasury & FSCM Consultant

For our Client, an international manufacturing company, we are currently looking for an experienced Senior SAP Treasury & FSCM Consultant (S/4HANA) to join a global Enterprise Finance team. This role combines solution ownership, implementation, and support responsibilities within SAP Treasury and Financial Supply Chain Management, supporting global S/4HANA initiatives and treasury-related business processes.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a key SAP Treasury & FSCM specialist within the global Enterprise Finance organization
• Support global SAP S/4HANA deployment projects in the areas of Treasury, Cash Management and Financial Supply Chain Management
• Drive end-to-end solution design and implementation aligned with global template processes
• Participate in strategic projects, system enhancements, upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives
• Support and optimize treasury-related applications, integrations and satellite systems
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable and efficient solutions
• Provide functional consulting, troubleshooting and ongoing application support for internal users
• Manage incidents, service requests and change requests within the IT Service Management framework
• Support banking integrations and connectivity solutions across a global environment
• Contribute to testing, documentation, knowledge transfer and user training activities

Requirements:

• University degree in Finance, Computer Science or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on implementation experience within SAP Finance, SAP Treasury, FSCM and Cash Management
• Professional experience in areas such as: Bank Account Management, Bank Communication Management, Cash Management / IHC, Bank Statement Processing and Reconciliation, Netting, Loans Management, Foreign Exchange (FX), Hedging

• Practical experience working with SAP S/4HANA, including Fiori applications • Strong knowledge of banking integration methods, including SAP Multi-Bank Connectivity (MBC), IDocs, Host-to-Host (H2H) and Lockbox solutions
• Experience with payment and bank statement formats such as ISO20022, ACH, CGI, SWIFT MT101, MT940, BAI2 and similar standards
• Understanding of DME Engine configuration and payment processing solutions
• Basic ABAP knowledge, including debugging and user-exit/BAdI enhancements
• Ability to work effectively in an international environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent business English
• Proactive, self-driven and customer-oriented approach
• Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 5%)

Nice to Have:

• Experience with treasury ecosystem solutions such as Finastra, 360T, Coupa, Infront or SWIFT services
• Previous involvement in global SAP transformation or S/4HANA rollout projects
• Experience working in multinational manufacturing organizations
