For our Client, a well-established international manufacturing company, we are currently looking for an experienced Production Manager who will lead production operations and support the further growth of the organization.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader with strong manufacturing experience, a continuous improvement mindset, and the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams in a dynamic production environment.
Location: Wrocław area, Poland
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and developing production teams to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality operations.
- Overseeing daily manufacturing activities and ensuring production targets are achieved.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, quality, cost reduction, and operational excellence.
- Monitoring and analysing KPIs to identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions.
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations, quality standards, and company procedures.
- Collaborating closely with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and other key departments.
- Managing production budgets and optimizing operational costs.
- Supporting new product implementation and production process improvements.
- Building a culture of accountability, engagement, and high performance within the production organization.
Requirements:
- Higher education degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a Production Manager, Operations Manager, or similar leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong people management and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Six Sigma, or related methodologies.
- Experience in KPI management and production performance analysis.
- Good understanding of quality systems and health & safety regulations.
- Ability to work in an international environment and cooperate with global stakeholders.
- Very good command of English (minimum B2 level).
