Hays IT Contracting is a cooperation based on B2B rules. We connect IT specialists with the most interesting, technological projects on the market. For our client, an international organization delivering enterprise-scale solutions for automated creative production and digital content operations, we are currently looking for a Specialist for the position of Senior Fullstack Engineer (AI & Automation).

The project focuses on the development and evolution of CCE (Composable Content Engine), an enterprise platform designed to automate and scale creative asset production for international organizations operating in the automotive, FMCG, retail, and e-commerce sectors.
The platform includes a creative editor, template and asset management, approval workflows, export capabilities, analytics, and AI-powered functionalities. A dedicated area, CCE Flows, supports the automation of creative processes through AI agents and MCP-based integrations.

The role requires a highly autonomous technology expert capable of driving initiatives end-to-end, from problem analysis and solution design to implementation and successful delivery.

• Minimum 5 years of commercial software development experience.
• Strong experience with modern JavaScript/TypeScript technologies.
• Practical experience with Next.js, NestJS, Angular, React, and REST APIs.
• Experience working with cloud-based solutions.
• Knowledge of LLMs, MCP, AI agents, and agentic workflows.
• Ability to independently analyze complex challenges and deliver solutions end-to-end.
• Strong ownership, proactivity, and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Very good English communication skills (B2+) and experience working in international environments.

• Practical experience with AI-assisted software development.
• Experience working with AI coding agents such as Claude or OpenAI Codex.

The cooperation is carried out between independent businesses (B2B model) and covers the performance of services within the agreed project scope. The Contractor independently organizes and manages the manner in which the services are performed, taking into account the project requirements, security obligations, and the necessary communication with the client.
