Sales Team Manager with Russian (m/f/d)

Key responsibilities:
- Provide mentorship, guidance, and development support to your team.
- Lead the team through an exciting transition, building skills in sales, problem-solving, critical thinking, and technical expertise.
- Set team goals and work collaboratively on strategies to drive results.
- Identify actionable insights, suggest recommendations, and communicate effectively to influence team strategies.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring consistent quality and productivity across all channels to maximize value for advertisers.
- Ensure performance meets the required service level metrics.
- Adapt swiftly to changes in workflows, procedures, and product features.
Wymagania
What we expect:
- 3+ years of experience in customer service, ideally in sales or technical areas.
- Fluency in Russian and strong proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- Ability to identify training needs and contribute to program development.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proven experience in team management within a call center environment.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
