For our client, a renowned international FMCG company, we are looking for a Junior HR Operations Specialist with Dutch and English language skills.

Responsibilities:
- Handling employee and manager inquiries related to HR processes
- Providing support via ticketing systems, email, chat, and phone
- Resolving issues related to HR processes, company policies, and HR systems
- Working with Workday and ServiceNow systems
- Monitoring requests and keeping users informed about the status of their cases
- Collaborating with other teams to ensure timely resolution of requests
- Updating process documentation and work instructions
- Ensuring a high level of customer service and meeting established KPIs and SLAs
- Complying with data confidentiality requirements and GDPR regulations
Requirements:
- Very good command of Dutch and English (minimum B2 level in both languages)
- At least 1 year of experience in HR, administration, customer service, or Shared Services
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in accordance with procedures
- Problem-solving skills and professional communication abilities
- Experience with Workday, ServiceNow, or other HR systems will be considered an advantage
